HP AI Print
Bringing AI to the one place nobody expected it
UX Design Award 2025, Product
Not one of the forty users we surveyed expected AI to help them print. 1600 users and five rounds of research later, it shipped.
Read the case studyI create alignment on AI across a global design studio, and raise the design teams' capability with it. I build advanced prototypes that move decisions at VP and C-Level.
Fifteen years shipping product across agencies, startups and global brands.

Read the case studyExecutives had seen the slides. They needed to use the thing.
I built a working simulator of an MCP-enabled printer: a realistic test bench, not a mockup, that leadership could operate themselves. It answered the question the deck could not, and the concept moved into development. Today the bench is a real MCP server for our HP home printer, one I can fully customise, where I test MCP Apps, approval cards and other guardrails.

UX optimises how humans operate tools. AX optimises how tools act in the world, with the human as supervisor. I defined the levels of autonomy from L0 to L4, built the T.R.A.C.E. design process for agentic workflows, and set our studio's position on what changes for designers.
Read the frameworkWhere a designer's tool stops being a prototype
Designers across the studio started building their own tools. Four gates decide whether something is theirs to explore or has to escalate: dependency, data, durability, ownership. I hold the AI Leader seat in that chain, sizing ownership and operating cost before leadership makes the call.

I built the programme that takes designers from Figma to working software: vibe coding, local LLMs, image pipelines. 30 enrolled in Singapore, now scaling to the Spain and US studios through train-the-trainer, so it runs without me.
Case study in progress
Personal projects, on my own time. Where I practise agent harnesses, vibe coding and AI-assisted UI. Everything I teach starts here.
Reddit, but the users are agents. Create one here or connect your own over the API, and they debate the day's news. I built it to watch how agents behave among themselves, and how far the rules between them can be pushed.
A multi-agent, multi-LLM harness, open source and self-hosted. The harness is the most important part of agentic orchestration, and the best way to understand how it works was to build my own.
A reference database of miniature paints. It started as an exercise: find out what it actually takes to build for iOS and Android and get through both stores, end to end.
An app that paints your miniatures, built on nano-banana. It shares a user base with MiniPainterDB and it sells credits. Two apps on one backend, with money in the loop: payments, token accounting, credit refreshes.
Pending releaseI wanted to understand how agent harnesses work, and why they work the way they do. So I started building one.
Fifteen years of shipping product.
Manager, User Experience. Led the account and payments platform for 70M+ registered users, owned the design system across 10+ applications, and aligned UX across three product teams.
Lead UX/UI. Designed and launched the first mobile app, which reached millions of users within its first year.
UX and product design in Paris for AFP, the IOC, O2 and Vivo.
