Quentin Beau de Lomenie

AI Lead in a global design studio

I create alignment on AI across a global design studio, and raise the design teams' capability with it. I build advanced prototypes that move decisions at VP and C-Level.

Fifteen years shipping product across agencies, startups and global brands.

Agentic Experience Design

A design framework for systems that act on their own

UX optimises how humans operate tools. AX optimises how tools act in the world, with the human as supervisor. I defined the levels of autonomy from L0 to L4, built the T.R.A.C.E. design process for agentic workflows, and set our studio's position on what changes for designers.

The Virtual MCP Printer

Can I build this?

Where a designer's tool stops being a prototype

Designers across the studio started building their own tools. Four gates decide whether something is theirs to explore or has to escalate: dependency, data, durability, ownership. I hold the AI Leader seat in that chain, sizing ownership and operating cost before leadership makes the call.

Teaching designers to build

From static tools to shipping their own software

I built the programme that takes designers from Figma to working software: vibe coding, local LLMs, image pipelines. 30 enrolled in Singapore, now scaling to the Spain and US studios through train-the-trainer, so it runs without me.
